How I work

I start by watching how people do the work today, usually across spreadsheets, email threads, and old admin panels. I test rough prototypes early, make tradeoffs visible to the team, and check the numbers after launch.

I use AI every day, for research and ideation and to build working software. This site is one example: I built it end to end in conversation with Claude Code.
